Course Module:

Hands on birthday cakes decorating under close supervision. All cakes are designed and decorated by students.

Flavors: Butter, ribbon, marble, chocolate
Icings: American butter cream frosting, butter icing, hard butter icing, chocolate icing, chocolate ganache, fondant icing

At the end of the course students will be awarded by a certificate issued by the Academy of Cake Artistry graduation ceremony.

When it comes to decorating with fondant, the possibilities are endless. Our fondant experts will teach you everything you need to know.

How to cover a cake with fondant.
Basic fondant techniques including rolling, cutting, ruffling, texturizing, inlay & overlay, shaping & molding, pleating, draping, swags, ruching and bows, fondant flowers, watercolor, copper/metal textures and woodgrain painting.
Covering and decorating a real cake on expanding day.
Advanced techniques in marbling, texturizing, and modeling.

* 30 designs of wedding structures / engagement cakes.
* 10 types of sugar flowers

At the end of the course students will be awarded by a certificate issued by the Academy of Cake Artistry graduation ceremony.

Student must have followed Birthday Cake Baking and Decorating - Course 1 at Academy of cake Artistry

Course Module:

All cakes will be decorated only by students under close supervision on this hands-on practical class.

Fondant techniques: Rolling, cutting, ruffling, texturizing, inlay & overlay, shaping, molding and bows, gold/silver painting.
Covering and decorating a real cake.
Decorating 3 D Birthday cakes with butter cream and fondant Icing.

At the end of the course students will be awarded by a certificate issued by the Academy of Cake Artistry graduation ceremony.

Individual hands-on experience of making figures.

How to make gum paste and pastillage molding
Techniques includes rolling, cutting, texturizing, shaping, molding and bows.
How to understand pastalage paste consistency.
How to Color, size, and proportion pastalage paste.

All ingredients and tools will be provided with no extra cost.
All figures made in class are allowed to take home.
