Whether you are interested in a career in cake artistry or just want to improve your skills for home entertaining, our academy classes will teach you new American and Sri Lankan techniques and inspire your creativity. Our one-day workshops are designed to help both serious decorators and new decorating enthusiasts focus on specific techniques. Supplies are furnished and students keep class projects. Classes are 6 hours with a 1-hour break and are held 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
